10.                 WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

Exercizing your privacy rights: Depending on your location and the nature of your interactions with our Services, you may have the right to submit the following requests about your personal information:

·       Access. Request that we provide the individual with information about our processing of the individual’s personal information and give the individual access to their personal information;

·       Deletion. Request that we delete the personal information that we maintain about the individual;

·       Correction. Request that we update or correct inaccuracies in the individual’s personal information;

·       Objection. Object to our reliance on our legitimate interests as the basis of our processing of the individual’s personal information that impacts their rights.

You can make such a request by contacting us by using the contact details provided in the section “HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?” below. We reserve the right to confirm the identity of the individual making a request before we respond to the request and to assess whether these rights apply to you. Additionally, applicable law can limit these rights, for example, by prohibiting businesses from providing certain sensitive information in response to an access request and limiting the circumstances in which they must comply with a deletion request. These rights are also only applicable to individuals located in certain jurisdictions. If we decline a request, we will explain why we took that action, subject to legal restrictions.

Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us by using the contact details provided in the section "HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?" below.

However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal, nor when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

Opting out of marketing and promotional communications: You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send, or by contacting us using the details provided in the section "HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?" below. You will then be removed from the marketing lists — however, we may still communicate with you, for example to send you service-related messages that are necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes.

Online tracking opt-out: There are a number of ways to limit online tracking, which we have summarized below:

·      Blocking cookies in your browser: Most Web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove cookies and to reject cookies. To do this, follow the instructions in your browser settings. For more information about cookies, including how to see what cookies have been set on your device and how to manage and delete them, visit www.allaboutcookies.org. If you choose to remove cookies or reject cookies, this could affect certain features or services of our Services.

·      Using privacy plug-ins or browsers: You can block our websites from setting third-party cookies by using a browser with privacy features, like Brave, or installing browser plugins like Privacy Badger, Ghostery, or uBlock Origin, and configuring them to block third party cookies/trackers.

·      Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to help us better understand how people engage with the Services by collecting information and creating reports about how users use our Services. For more information on Google Analytics, click here. For more information about Google’s privacy practices, click here. You can opt out of Google Analytics by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

Note that because these opt-out mechanisms are specific to the device or browser on which they are exercised, you will need to opt-out on every browser and device that you use.

Please note that some Internet browsers may be configured to send “Do Not Track” signals to the online services that you visit. We currently do not respond to "Do Not Track" or similar signals. To find out more about "Do Not Track," please visit www.allaboutdnt.com.
